1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TanJai's platform, mobile applications, or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TanJai provides an online marketplace platform connecting customers with local restaurants, stores, and delivery services in Bangkok. Our services include:

• Food delivery from partner restaurants
• Parcel and package delivery
• Grocery delivery from partner stores
• Pharmacy and health product delivery

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• TanJai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Orders and Payments

• All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes
• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the merchant
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• TanJai charges a delivery fee based on distance and zone
• Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their specific terms

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement if not yet accepted by the merchant
• Once a merchant accepts an order, cancellation may not be possible
• Refunds for incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory orders are reviewed case by case
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

6. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic and weather conditions
• TanJai is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• You must be available at the delivery address to receive your order
• TanJai operates 100% electric vehicles across all 9 Bangkok delivery zones

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass or abuse delivery riders, merchants, or TanJai staff
• Attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or promotional systems
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the TanJai platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by TanJai Mai Co., Ltd. and protected by Thai and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TanJai's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

11. Changes to Terms

TanJai reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
